Run the portfolio, not the spreadsheet
The handbook and every template stay free. A plan opens the workspace: your initiatives scored against one model, your capacity planned against the people you actually have, and a stage gate pack built for each review.

What stays free
All 120 guides in the handbook, and every spreadsheet on the templates page, stay free to read, download and use inside your company. No account and no email needed for either. A plan is for the workspace, which is the part that does the arithmetic for you and keeps it in one place between reviews.
Try it before you pay
Create an account and the workspace opens on a demo: three initiatives, the full scoring model, the capacity plan and one stage gate pack. It is a one-off trial rather than a free tier, so it does not reset, and nothing you enter is lost when you pick a plan.
Questions people ask before buying
What counts as an initiative?
One row in the portfolio: a project, a programme or a candidate still at intake. Closed and stopped work stays in the register for the record and stops consuming capacity, but it still counts against the limit, so archive what you no longer want to see.
How does the stage gate pack limit work?
Each pack is a workbook built from the initiative as it stands at that moment: the score and its breakdown, the benefit and cost figures, the capacity it needs, and the decision sheet the gate has to sign. The count resets with each billing period, and packs you have already built stay downloadable whatever happens to the count.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from your billing page, and the change is prorated by Stripe. Moving down keeps everything you have entered; if the smaller plan carries fewer initiatives than you hold, the register stays intact and read-only until you archive down to the limit.
What happens if I cancel?
The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace drops back to the demo. Your initiatives, roles and packs stay in the account, and an export before the end takes the whole portfolio with you.
